A talented Helpdesk / Service Desk professional with outstanding customer service skills is required for a position based in beautiful offices near Kings Cross with a niche, market leading and growing software supplier. This position will join a small team in supporting clients using the company software systems playing a key role in ensuring service level agreements are met.
The successful candidate will join a market leading company and will support customers who are using the companies award winning products. Any customer service exposure within a B2B environment would be great.
Full training will be given in this position. We are looking for exceptional customer service professionals who are able to pick up systems and processes fairly easily.
A starting salary of up to £25,000 is available for this position.
Day to day support of clients who use the company software systems
What you will be doing
- Client support including - logging of calls, supporting of custom solutions, training and ad hoc on site support
- Project work
- Providing a first class service for customers
What you need
- Previous exposure in a B2B customer service position
- Any exposure within a similar service desk position would be useful
- Strong MS Excel skills
