Role Overview
A Contact Centre Supervisor is required for a busy call centre based in Mayfair, London. You will work on a shift basis and a salary of up to £25,000 is offered, depending on experience.

You will manage a small team of support staff providing customer support to any queries that arise via email or telephone. The business is an app, providing a service, and this role is to support the customers with any questions or queries they may have. Most can be resolved on the phone, but some may need to be escalated to the technical team.

You will deal with complaints and can escalate any issues to the management team.

Skills Required
The Contact Centre Supervisor will ideally have the following experience:

-          Previous experience working in a Contact Centre
-          Experience managing a team in a customer service environment
-          Ability to work shift work, including the occasional night shift
